To ensure the longevity and beauty of your jewellery, we recommend following these care guidelines.

Remove your jewellery during vigorous activities and avoid prolonged exposure to water to maintain condition.

Take care to apply cosmetics, moisturisers, and hair products before adding your jewellery, and avoid spraying perfume directly onto it.

Handle your pieces with care to prevent scratching or chipping, and be mindful that natural processes like tarnishing and metal oxidation may occur over time.

Gently clean with a dry microfibre cloth after wearing to remove oils and residues. 

Store all jewellery in a safe, dry, clean place to prevent damage.

We offer shipping Australia wide and Internationally. All of our orders are packed and shipped from Gold Coast, Australia.

Returns & Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery, however where a faulty item is received, please contact us via email shop@delanty.com.au with the following information:

• Your order information
• A photo of your faulty jewellery piece
• A description of the fault 

We will endeavour to get back to you with an update on the issue as fast as possible. Eligible returns must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Return postage is at the expense of the customer. 

We are unable to offer refunds or credits for change of mind, due to hygiene regulations, however we do follow the ACCC regulations where an item is faulty or not as described.
