Returns & Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery, however where a faulty item is received, please contact us via email with the following information:

  • Your order information
  • A photo of your faulty jewellery piece
  • A description of the fault 

We will endeavour to get back to you with an update on the issue as fast as possible. Eligible returns must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Return postage is at the expense of the customer. 

We recommend tracked postage so you can track your package. We The Cartel, takes no responsibility for any items lost in transit.

We are unable to offer refunds or credits for change of mind, due to hygiene regulations, however we do follow the ACCC regulations where an item is faulty or not as described.
